Access Green is as proud of its work in local job training as it is in any other area.
In work with Goodwill of Greater Washington, Access Green has helped with one of the Greater Washington Region’s largest green jobs training efforts. The ‘Green Pathway DC’ program, now in its second year, has trained hundreds of Washingtonians in the areas of green building, weatherization, and smart meter installations. Access Green’s Sam Brooks was a key member of the team that initially conceptualized, and acquired funding for, the Green Pathway DC program.
